In the Name of the Benevolent Father of All
I Robert McWhorter(Mewhorter?) of Marion County, Ohio being of Sound and dispossing memory and desiring(?)to dispose of all my Earthly goods as seem right and proper do make and declare this to be my last will and testament.
Item 1st I desire that my Executor pay all my just debts and my funeral expenses.
Item 2nd I give and bequeath to my beloved daughter Sarah A. Mcwhorter of Noble Co., Indiana the sum of six Hundred Dollars to be paid within one year after my decease but in case she shall not survive me I give the said sum to her descendents to be distributed in Equal parts the decendants of any deceased child or grandchild to take the share of their parent in equal parts among them.
Item 3rd I give and bequeath to my beloved daughter Hannah Jane Burk of Wyandot County the sum of six Hundred Dollars to be paid within one year after my decease but in case she does not survive me the same distribution to be made to her decendants as set forth in item first in the case of Sarah

Item 4th I give and bequeath to my Grand daughter Mary Jane Campbell of Wyandot County Ohio the sum of Five Hundred Dollars to be paid within one year after my decease but in case she shall not survive me I give the said sum toher descendants.
Item 5th I give and bequeath to Alice P. Brewer who I ___
____ as a token of my affection for her the sum of Five Hundred Dollars to be paid within one year after my death but if she shall not survive me I give the same to her descendants and in addition to the said sum I give and bequeath to her One cow one bedstead and bedding ___to be ___to her at my decease.
Item 6th I give and bequeath to my beloved daughter Mary A. Johnson of Wyandot county Ohio the following tract of land lying __being situated in the County of Wyandot and state of Ohio and known as the East half of the south East quarter of section Nine Township Four South of RangeTwelve (12) and thirteen (13) East Containing Eighty acre but in case she shall not survive me I desire that this premise be sold by my executor and the proceeds thereof be divided among allmy heirs each to share and share alike. Item 7th I give and bequeath to my beloved daughter Elizabeth A. Smith of Marion County Ohio and desiring to recognize her kind treatment in care for me in my declining years in a suitable manner the ___Equal undivided ___third part of the follwing real estate situated in Marion County Ohio and known as the Equal undivided one third part of the north half of the north west quarter of Section Five (5) Township Five (5) South of Range Firteen (15) East containing Eighty acre. and also ten acre of land commence at the north west corner of the East half of the South West Quarter of ___setion Five(5)Thence East sexty rods (60) Thence south ____acres in Quantity. Thence ___sixty rods (60) Thence north to the place of begining ___the Equal undivided one third of the above ten acres. Also the Equal undivided one third part of the south west quarter of the north west quarter of section Five (5)Township Five (5) South of Range Fifteen East Containing forty acres and also the Equal undivided one third part of the following described premises the south East quarter of the north west quarter of section Five (5) township(5) South Range (15) Fifteen East containing Forty acres containing in all One Hundred and seventy? acres and in addition I give her one Bull and all the cows on the farm at my decease __any Excepting the one given to Alice P. Brewer and in addition one half of all the young? cattle sheep and hogs on the farm at my decease and all household good and kitchen furniture excepting two beds and bedding but if she shall not survive me I give the same to her
descendents.
Item 8th I give and bequeath to my son Henry C. MeWhorter of Marion County Ohio the Equal undivided one half of the following premises known as the west half of the South West quarter of Section twenty nine and the East half of the South east quarter of section thirty in township from south of Range fourteen (14) East containing in all one hundred and sixty acres more or less but in case he shall not survive me I give and bequeath the said premises to his decendants.
Item 9th I give and bequeath to my son Isaiah the Equal and ___ ____of the premises described in the 8th making and constituting him a joint ownership the premises with Henry C. MeWhorter Should he not survive me I give the said premise to his decendents.
Item 10th I give and bequeath to my son Isaac the premises purchased by me at Sheriff sale in a case in shich I was plaintiff and I.B. Eatherter _____and buy a lot in Marion, Marion County O. in part of __ for description see deed recorded in the records office of Marion County, Ohio
Item 11th I give and bequeath to my son David McWhorter the following premise ___the West half of the ___half of the south West quarter of section ten township five south of Range fourteen (14)East containing forty acres and to his heirs forever
Item 12 I give and bequeath to my son James MeWhorter the __Equal one third of all real estate described in the 7th of this my will but in case he shall not survive me I give the same to his heirs forever.
Item 13 I give and bequeath to my son W.C.MeWhorter the Equal undivided one third part of all the real estate describe in Item 7 to him and his heirs forever and in addition I give him all the horses I may own at my decease and all farrey utensils wagons, harness of which I may own and have on the farm at my decease and the one half of all the young cattle, sheep and hogs I may own at my decease and one bed and bedding.
Item 14 I hereby nominate and appoint Robert Hopkins of Marion Ohio Executor of this my last will and testament with such bonds as the nature of my Estate may require leaving said to the descretion of the Probate Court of Marion County Ohio and also appoint B.F Stahl as my Executor.And I hereby revoke all former wills by me made.
