The following is from a copy of the original "Letters Testamentary" document, which was in my Grandmother's possession. She was Laura Alice Fisher b. 1891, daughter of Effie May McDaneld Fisher, daughter of Asa W. McDaneld, brother to Daniel Henry McDaneld.

The Petition of Michael Grace respectfully showeth that he is a resident of said County, that on the 5th day of June A.D. 1901, Daniel Henry McDaneld of Chicago in said county, departed this life at said Chicago leaving a last will and testament, duly signed and attested, as your petitioner believes, which he now presents to your Honor for Probate. That said Testator in said will nominated your petitioner and Celia McDaneld (widow) executors thereof ______________________________.
That said deceased left property and effects as follows:
Personal Estates not to exceed in value Seventy Five Thousand Dollars. $75,000
Real Estate not to exceed in value Fifty Thousand Dollars. $50,000
That said Testator left visible estate more than sufficient to pay his debts.
That the value of the whole estate of said deceased does not exceed One Hundred and Twenty Five Thousand Dollars. That said deceased left him surviving:

That your petitioner resides at No. 1371 Cortland St. in said City of Chicago and is willing to accept and undertake the trust confided to him in said will, wherefore your petitioner prays that said will may be admitted to prbate and letters testamentary theron may be issued to him after proper hearing and proof, and that the hearing on said petition may be set for the 5th day of July A.D. 1901 at 10 o'clock A.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard and that all other orders necessary may be made
