To Family of Gerald A Kelker: Thanks so much for contacting us. Your family is the 199th different family of an Indiana serviceman to be contacted. We are pleased to serve you and hope to do so soon. We have our records and photos ready to send, we just need a working email address to send to. Please send the information ASAP so we can get started. The photos are free and we are proud to serve you.

Our records do indicate Jerry was from Fort Wayne and not sure where the La Porte info came from I tried back tracking to find why but after 30 minutes figured it doid not matter so much.

We enjoyed a great relationship with William Rudolph from Ireland who served with Jerry. William has now passed away but in his final wishes, he wanted me to help him find the graves of all of his buddies from Company I. William had contact with many families and sent these on to them.

As we mentioned earlier, the photos are free and all we really request is that...if you have a photo you can scan of him in uniform, we certainly would appreciate one to add to his record and especially for our website where we can honor him further.

We do enjoy receiving any newspaper articles especially obits too. They help us find additional family and friends.

I will send this now so we can get an email contact to send you the records and photos. God Bless the family of Gerald A. Kelker.

Sincerely,

Dave and Apple Dwiggins
