Thank you. Good idea. Actually I am researching the Skipp family. I tried the Justin route because I'd had no success in searching in England. I have a letter written to my grandother from her brother when he visited his relatives in Ireland. Their parents came to the US in the 1870s. Both parents died in the 1880s and the kids didn't know a lot about the Skipp family. However, they had kept in touch with their aunts Elizabeth Skipp Justin & Mary Skipp. Uncle Harry Skipp outlined the members of the Justin family in his letter. I knew from that letter that the oldest son Richard Justin settled in the Boston area (and died in the US in 1948). I lost track of his son Richard Elmer Justin between the 1920 and 1930 census.
Anyway, the parish records show my grandmother's father was born in Ireland -not England as I thought. That has certainly opened up a new avenue.

Thank you again.
