James Lambert Jackson (5/9/1922 Tampa FL – 6/9/1973 Sarasota FL; http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=16...
) first married Bebe Conway (9/22/1925 Tampa FL – 1/6/2010; http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=46...
) in 1946 and later married Jean M. Schmidt (1/21/1929 – 11/9/2012) in 1958.
Two of his sons with Bebe are deceased: James Butler Jackson (11/14/1947 – 6/9/2005; http://www.legacy.com/obituaries/seattletimes/obituary.aspx?...
) and Lee Raymond Jackson (9/18/1957 – 7/19/2007; http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=88...
); there was one more son who may be alive. James and Bebe divorced in 1954, remarried in 1955, and divorced again in 1958, based on records I found. Bebe remarried to a judge named Daniel Gallagher in 1968.
I do not know where Jean Schmidt Jackson is buried or if she was cremated. I have an obit for Jean which mentions other sons: http://www.penwellgabelhutchinson.com/obituary.aspx?src=choi...
I do not know if Jean was their biological mother, or Bebe.
James was cremated according to his death certificate. Per the obit for James, his survivors are listed as "his wife, Jean M. Jackson; his mother, Mrs. Pauline L. Jackson, both of Sarasota; five sons, James B. Jackson, Livingston, Ala., Gary L. Jackson and Lee R. Jackson, both of Tampa; Paul A. Jackson and Mark A. Jackson, both of Sarasota; a sister, Mrs. Barbara Stephens, Miami."
I do have obits for James and Jean Jackson, Bebe Gallagher, James B. Jackson, and Lee Jackson, but I do not have an obit for Daniel Gallagher.
As for James, these are his parents:
Butler Jackson (4/24/1896 Talladega AL - 7/8/1942 Bay Pines FL; http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=60...
) married Pauline Lambert (7/6/1893 FL – 2/1/1975 Los Angeles county CA; https://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=6...
). They had two children.
* Barbara Jackson (born c. 1921) married Mr. Stephens
* James L. Jackson, as per above
This is the family in Tampa FL in the 1920 census, with Butler (born c. 1895 AL) and Pauline (born c. 1896 FL) before they had children: https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MNYP-T29
and in the 1935 state census: https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MNVW-563
Pauline in the 1945 FL census, with Jimmie and Barbara Stephens: https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MNXK-FD7
but I did not see them in 1930 and 1940.

Per his obit, Butler was a WWI veteran and died at only age 46. He was son of Tampa pioneer J. M. Jackson, and grandson of Thomas Butler Jackson for whom the Jackson Heights neighborhood of Tampa is named. He was survived by his father, and brothers Ernest K. Jackson, of Jacksonville, and J. Cowen Jackson, of Talladega. Per her obit, Pauline had only recently moved from Tampa to La Mirada CA, and she had nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild at the time. The obit said she was cremated, so that tells me she probably was not buried with Butler (unless her cremains were buried with him, which sometimes happens) because her dates are not on the stone.
As for Barbara, I know that she was living in Cincinnati in 1942 and in La Mirada CA in 1975 per the obits of her parents, but I do not know what happened to her after that. I do not know the first name of her husband either.
I do have obits for Butler and Pauline Jackson, and James L. Jackson, but I do not have an obit for Barbara Stephens.
