The oldest son Robert Harris b 1690-95 married Mary Starke and his dau Mary had son out of wedlock- George Fuller Harris.

Robert3 was oldest and got the plantation that came down from his grandfather, he remained York Co
Robert was noted for his honesty and high temper.
Robert lived in Charles City County, near Weyanoke on James River called "The Forks".

Seth Seckright Lessee of George Criswell & Other spltag In Eject George Fuller Harris an Inf[ant] by John Wagstaff his guardian def)This day came as well the Plt by his Attorney as the Def by his said Guardian and a Case was agreed by them to be argued in lieu of a Special in these Words to wit We agree that Robert Harris late of this county dec'd was seised in fee simple of the Lands and Premises in the declaration mentioned and so being seised made his Last Will and Testament in writing bearing date the 12th day of July 1712 and died siesed of the said Premises which Will with the endorsements theron are in the Words as following to wit In the Name &c to which we refer. That the Premises in Question are the One hundred Acres of Land devised by the said Will to Robert Harris the son therein named That the said Robert Harris the Son after the death of his father the said Robert Harris the Testator entered into the Lands and Premises devised to him and was seised therof as the Law requires and died so seised leaving issue seven children to wit John Harris, William Harris, Richard Harris, Mary Harris, Catherine Harris, Rebecca Harris, and Betty Harris.

20 March 1737/8 "Mary Starke Harris the Widow & Relict of Robert Harris3 dec'd came into Court and made Oath that the said Decedent departed this Life without making any Will so far as she knows or believes and on her Motion & giving Bond & Security It's Ordered that a Certificate be granted her for obtaining a Letter of Administration in due form."

Robert Harris married Mary Starke (Will of Richard Starke-1711 York County, wife, Rebecca)
They had sons John4 (will 1748), Richard4 (will 1756), and William4 (will 1761). (unsure of the order)
Daughters were Rebecca, Elizabeth ‘Betty’, Mary, and Catherine (m-Brown). This family group can be put together using all the records.

John Harris b 1686 will dated July 16 1740
That after the death of the said Robert the son the said John entered into the said Land and Premises and was thereof seised and being so seised made his Last Will and Testament in writing bearing date July 16 1740 which will is in the Words folling to wit. In the Name &c to which we refer and died so seised therof without Issue and after his death the said William entered into the said Lands and died thereof seised without Issue Some time in the year 1760.
That the said Richard died without Issue in the lifetime of the said William.
That the said Catherine intermarried with one John Brown and died in the Lifetime of the said William Harris leaving issue Mary Brown one of the Lessors of the Plt her only Child and Heir at Law.
That the said Rebecca Harris intermarried with one Richard Yateman and died in the lifetime of the said William Harris leaving Issue Starkey Yateman another of the Lessors of the Plt her eldest Son and Heir at Law and that the said Betty hath intermarried with George Criswell and that the said George and Betty are the other lessors of the Plt.
That the Def is the George Fuller Harris named in the Will of the said John Harris and is the Bastard Son of Mary one of the daughters of the above named Robert Harris and that the said Mary is dead without Lawful Issue.
We agree the Lease Entry and Ouster is in the declaration supposed and if upon the whole matter the Court shall adjudge the Law for the Plt.
We agree that Judgment shall be entered for the Plt for the Lands and Premises in the declaration mentioned and one shilling damages otherwise for the Def And the Cause is continued til the next Court for the matters of Law seising thereupon to be argued.

George Fuller Harris migrated to Pittsylvania Co Va by 1782 and then to Lincoln Co Ky by 1810, leaving descendants in both places.
