Beginning at a gum for a Corner by Seagreaves Land, thence by the same South fifty two Degrees East Thirteen Chains
& Ninety Links to a stake South by Millers Land fifty five Degrees East Nineteen Chains & twenty Links to a corner of
said Millers land, thence by Louderbachs Land North thirty seven degrees East four Chains & twenty links to a Stake,
thence by Bricks North fifty two Degrees West three Chains and four links to a black Oak Corner thence still by said
Land North one Degree east four Chains and ninety five links thence by Wrights other Land North fifty two Degrees
West twelve Chains Sixty links to a Corner, thence South forty Degrees West three Chains and Seventy links to a
Stone thence still by said land North fifty two Degrees West Sixteen Chains and fourteen links to a Corner. Thence
South thirty Degrees West Sixteen Chains and Sixty Eight links to the Corner first Named, Containing by computation
fifty Nine Acres and Sixty four hundredth of an acre of Land being the same more or less,
And also a certain other lot or piece of Land. Beginning at a Stone standing in the Roads, the one leading to the
Landing, the other to the River and near the house, being also a Corner of said Wm. Curry other Land, Running from
thence North Seven Degrees west five Chains and Ninety five links to a Stake, thence North twenty two Degrees west
two Chains and Sixty eight links to a stake or stone in Henry Louderback's line from thence South thirty six and a half
Degrees West bounding on the said Louderbacks Land five Chains and Sixty three links to a Corner in the line of s'd
Wm. Curry other Land, thence South fifty two and a half degrees East six Chains and Thirty Eight Links to the Place of
Beginning. Containing One Acre three Quarters and twenty Nine Perches be the same more or less and also all
Buildings , Improvements to Lands & Etc. Etc...
