I am not related to Falveys, but I copied a few old wills from New Orleans and one of them was for Honora Falvy, widow of John:

Ne varietur New Orleans 8th March 1845.
(Signed) I. Bonnudez Judge

"In the name of God, Amen.
I, Honora Falvy widow of the late John Falvy a native of the county Kerry Ireland, who died in the city of New Orleans State of Louisiana of the United States of America.
Considering the uncertainty of human life and not knowing at what time Almighty God in his wisdom may call me out of this world. - and being possessed of certain property real & personal, am desirous in my life time, and while in the enjoyment of good health of body, and soundness of mind, to settle the succession of my estate, after my decease at whatever time that may take place.
For that purpose I do make and ordain this my last will and testament, in manner and form following.
That is to say.
It is my will, and I do order that all my just debts and funeral expenses be duly paid & satisfied as soon as convenient after my decease.
I institute for my sole heir & universal legatee, my son Eugene Falvy now residing in the City of New Orleans, State of Louisiana, of the United States of America, the legitimate issue of my marriage with John Falvy deceased as aforesaid And to him alone - I do devise and bequeath all my estate real and personal of whatever Kind, and wheresoever situated, and which I now posess and particularly, the one undivided half of the place known as ?lough Farm (corner too dark), belonging to me and situated & being on the farm? (several words unreadable) of J? Parilla of Filmore County"
(3 sentences at bottom of page unreadable)

next page:
"...relating to my Succession and it is my will that he be not required to give bond or Security
I hereby revoke all wills and testamentary dispositions I may heretofore have made holding ? present ? valid....."
(whole right side of this page is dark)
