Question about accuracy of ages.

I have three ancestors; Mother Anna Domke, and two daughters Emilie and Natalie. I've found two passenger lists where Emilie and Natalie are both named. There's even a note on the passenger list mentioning the family member picking them up (Ludwig Horn, brother-in-law). The names and ages of the two sisters and the name of the brother-in-law all fit.

The problem is that in the list they came over with a Henriette. I'm not to worried about the name because Anna's middle initial is H. Possibly she used her middle name as I've noticed a lot of people tend to do over the years. The problem is the age. In the list she is 64, 4 years younger then the year of birth on her tombstone shows. Is it possible that she didn't know her own age or gave a wrong age on purpose? Maybe the date on the tombstone is incorrect?

I am reluctant to add this sources to my tree because of the difference, although I am 100% sure the sisters are correct and 99% sure Anna is correct.

Thanks
