I am trying to discover the connection between my Carroll's and Timothy Carroll. My Carroll's too lived near Cat Creek...my grandfather is John Floyd Carroll...son of James Richard and Tennie Robertson ( short for Tennessee).. not Jennie. In fact, one if my aunt's has her name, Tennessee, in her name. ...also an uncle with Robertson as a middle name...Just discovered this info about Timothy in a reading of Goodspeed's History on internet...if you could give or offer any information, it'd be appreciated. Tennie died, by the way, and James Richard Carroll later married Mary Damerell, if interested.
