Hi Janet,

I used the index feature in the census images I subscribe to. The index they use says that page has these people on it:

Bishop, Hiram
Parker, Oliver
Sunderlin, Monro
Bishop, Orren
Woodbeck, John
Longcor, James
Rapler, Daniel
Havens, John F.
Wakeman, Elisha
Wilson, Solomon
Simmons, George F.
Berry, Daniel
Terrill, Miles
Eddy, Susanna <<<<
Whitney, Daniel
Basset, Allen
Baker, Stephen
Alsbro, Major
Rome, John
Vangelder, Jonathan
Chark, Thompson M.
Putman, Peter
West, Amon
Roorick, William
Hogaland, Christopher
Houck, Abel
Rogers, Asahel

The "S" in what may be "Susanna" looks a lot like the "S" in #6, Monro Sunderlin. However, the Cady/Eddy person has a free white male aged 15 - 20 in his/her household and another aged 20 - 30. Why wasn't he the HoH? There is a female 50 - 60 in the same household, which is about right for a widow with a son under the age of 30. She may have inherited the farm.

There aren't any "Edward" people I can see on the page before or after, to see how this enumerator made his capital E's.

Sorry - you needed an answer and I gave you another question.
