PIONEER CLAIMED BY DEATH
W. M. Bryant, age 56, one of the early settlers in Grady County, died at his residence six miles northwest of Chickasha at 6 o'clock this morning, following an extended illness with leakage of the heart. Funeral services will be held at the family residence tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock. Burial will occur in Rose Hill Cemetery with Rev. C. B. James officiating.
Mr. Bryant is survived by his wife, one child and four brothers; Ebe Bryant of Chickasha; George Bryant, a farmer living 5 1/2 miles west of Chickasha; Wiley Bryant, also a farmer in that community and Watt Bryant of Tulsa, Oklahoma. All will attend the funeral. The deceased was well known in Grady County, being owner of many acres of land in this vicinity.
