Either Joe or John had a son John Floyd (Johnny) who was a successful night club singer, had a pierce arrow he drove in parades. His wife was Peggy. He drank and died young.

I have extensive family tree for Rev. William Frederick Poat. Before his 2nd wife would marry, made him change spelling to Poat. All other family members except his father changed to Poat. Five daughters still living, born from 1907-1925. All in California.
