HUBBARD, Ohio - There will be services held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 2, 2014, at the Stewart-Kyle Funeral Home, for Janet R. “Jan” Belleville, age 70.

Jan, an amazing wife, daughter, mother, and grandmother passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family on Friday, June 27, 2014, after a courageous eight-year battle with cancer.

Jan was born Aug. 16, 1943, in Youngstown, Ohio (Mahoning County) a daughter of Russell J. and Sarah A. Trickett Cox.
Jan joined Butler Wick and Company in 1986, as an Investment Advisor, after 15 years with AT&T.
She became Vice President in 1992, and received her Certified Financial Planner designation that same year.
In 1999, she became Senior Vice President and was named to the Butler Wick Board of Directors, the only woman ever to serve in that capacity.
Jan specialized in Retirement and Estate Planning and was an active member of the SIA (Securities Industry Association) Retirement Plan Round Table.

She completed the Securities Institute Course of Study at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

She was on the Board of the Y.W.C.A. and served two terms as President.
She later became an emeritus Board member.
She was also on the Board of Neil Kennedy Recovery Clinic and on the Education Advisory Committee for United Way Planned Giving.
She was an Alumni of Leadership Mahoning Valley, a Rotary Paul Harris Fellow, and the YWCA’s Woman of the Year in 2003.
Jan appeared as a local financial expert for WKBN TV’s “Making Money,” each Wednesday morning from 1996, when the show began, until 2006, when she retired.
She also provided closing stock quotes of local interest for WKBN radio for more than 10 years. She attended St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church of Hubbard.

Jan loved spending time with her grandchildren and going on beach vacations.

She will be sadly missed by her family, her husband, Elmer L. “Buzz” Belleville, whom she married Jan. 30, 1965; her mother, Sarah A. Cox of Wyandotte, Michigan; her children, Kelley (Jeff) Clark of Williamsburg, Va., Mark “Buzz” (Laura) Belleville of Blacksburg, Va., Doug (Julie) Belleville of Brecksville, OH; her nephew, whom she and Buzz raised, Dominic DiMauro of Birmingham, Alabama; her grandchildren, Lauren Clark, Jake Clark, Luke Clark, Tess Belleville, Lily Belleville, Eric Belleville, Justin Belleville, and Ava Belleville.

She also leaves her siblings, Bonnie (Bert) Cheseldine of Titusville, Fla., Russ Cox of Wyandotte, Mich., Meg DiMauro of Colorado.

Besides her father, she was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Emily Clark and her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Doris and Buzz Belleville.

There will be calling hours on Tuesday, July 1, 2014, from 5 to 7 p.m. and Wednesday, July 2, 2014, one hour prior to the service from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Stewart-Kyle Funeral Home. The family would like to thank Dr. Robert DeBernardo of The Cleveland Clinic and Nancy Fusco, RN of University Hospital for all the special care given to Jan.
