Dave I am sorry to tell you but I do not rely on the LDS information. They had some of my husbands ancestors all mixed up and we have birth and death certificates and marriage licenses to confirm our information.
Red Bird Smith b. 1751 married Rhoda Sizemore b. 1784, she being a daughter of George All Sizemore b. 1752. He had previously been married to Elizabeth Smith b. 1755. As Indians did in those times he took his wife's surname SIZEMORE. Thus Rd Bird Sizemore. Red Bird's official birth name was Aaron Brock from the Tewrsaalgi Tribe near Yahoo Falls Creek, Kentucky. There is Red bird River in Kentucky named after him and an Historical Markder honoring him nearby.. While liv8ing with Rhoda they had 2 know sons, Russell and John. Chielf Red Bird was killed by fur traders/trappers who stole his furs and killed him and his Indian griend "OLD WILLIE" and threw their bodies in the Red Bird River. John Gilbert and some others found their bodies and buried them by the river.
Winnie Sizemore that you spoke of was a daughter of George Golden Hawk Sizemore and George All & Aggie Shepherd-Cornett were Golden Hawk's prents. George All's father was Edward Ned and Elizabeth Rachel Jackson.
