In the death record of Jan Harmen Slot in 1819, registred at Markelo, says he lived then in Goor, in the neighbourhood Herike. He lived and died in the house of Berend Hendrick van der Wijck, then 63 yrs. who was former Lieutenant Colonel Cavallerie , also the owner of the house.
As you already know Jan Harmen Slot was son of Hendrik Slot and Geertje Breuil and Jan Harmen was married to Janna Zwarts.
He was the coachman.
