On those confirmation listings the writer has a pattern of always listing the farm name of residence of the confirmand immediately after the given name and patronymic name. Then the farm name of birth location is listed in the appropriately labeled column.

The Ole Torkilsen who is the subject of the record you are studying is shown in the 1865 Norwegian census with his family then living on a farm then called "Haugen" which matches the information on the confirmation record. The "Bakka" is likely to be a local name for a smaller sub-farm of Haugen or the other way around.

Place names are not usually productive to try to translate.
