Yes. Zelig's father was Joseph (don't confuse with another Joseph of the same family, only younger), whose father was Pincus (at least we think so, although there is some evidence he might actually have been a brother). Anyway, Zelig (who went by the name 'John') may have traded names or some such thing on his way to America. He was born around 1850 something and died in Palestine in the 1930s. He had quite few children who were born in Pittsburgh. (FYI: Zelig means 'Holy' in Yiddish and Hebrew). It reminds me a bit of Woody Allen's 1983 hit, Zelig, about a guy who would change identities to fit his surroundings LOL!
