Facts about Ellen Andresen Fries:

11 Apr 1847 in Agerskov Parish, Haderslev County (picture 92).

30 Apr 1854 in Emmerlev Parish, Toender County (picture 70) to Jens Jensen.

Possible husband in Census 1860 is Jens Jensen:

Navn: Alder: Civilstand: Stilling i husstanden: Erhverv: Fødested:

Remarks for Jens Jensen: “The wife lives in Jerpsted Parish, Toender County”.
However, the 1860 census record for Hjerpsted Parish shows no trace of Ellen (I’ve read through the original).

There are no birth records for Emmerlev Parish that would match this couple between 1854 and 1860. I’ve checked the parish records.

Census records after 1860 are not available for that part of Denmark.

Forecast: Chances of finding Ellen are small.
But you may of course start checking parish records from 1860 up to ca. 1920.
