Slightly confused my first question would be: Are you seeking information on your great grandfather, his family and their home in Copenhagen or are you interested in the photographer ?
If you seek information related to your great grandfather Jacob Olsen, you should as a minimum post (approx.) year of birth and names of close relatives if known.
Start by telling us what you already know. Many helpful people on this forum have wasted time digging up information - only to get the reply: "Thanks, but I had that information already."
I assume that you would like to identify the place of the photo? That could be done from the census records but requires further info as stated above.
Your timing is dead wrong. The address at Sønder (South) Boulevard 43, Copenhagen, didn't exist until ca. 1905, and the photographer Lars Rasmussen can be found there in the 1911 census (living there from 1907).
To use your own phrasing: Any further information you can provide on this would be greatly appreciated:-))
