Amelia (Millie) Mary Tatton was born 19/6/1904 in Brisbane. Her parents were William Henry Tatton and Bessie Annie Routledge. The couple married after Amelia's birth on 14/6/1907 in Brisbane. A sister Lillian was born on 17/11/1906 in Brisbane.
Bessie died 26/12/1931 and William Henry 23/8/1951 in Brisbane. Lillian died unmarried 10/7/1942. She is listed as the sister of Mrs A N Woods? I cannot find their marriage but noticed that Frederick James Tennyson Woods used the alias Donald Frederick Johnston.
Amelia is not listed in her father's funeral notice in 1951.
Amelia's father remarried shortly after Bessie's death to Ivy Porter and the couple had one son, William Henry Tatton. Ivy died on 6/10/1961.
William Henry Tatton Jnr is still alive and is living in Wooloowin, Brisbane. You will find him in the White Pages. Maybe he could give you more information on his half sister.
There was an article published in the Western Star and Roma Advertiser on 15/3/1924 regarding Amelia Mary Tatton. It appears she tried to commit suicide by drinking lysol after an argument with her sister.
