Stanley F. Woyak, 88, Wittenberg, died Saturday, Jan. 5, 2002, in Palliative Care at Saint Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield.
He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. Stanley worked at Pelton Steel Co., Milwaukee, until his retirement in 1975.
Survivors include his wife, Shirley; one daughter, Joyce (Marty) Lovse, Grand Rapids, Mich.; one stepson, Jim Grenz; four sisters, Agnes Zabrowski, Rosholt, Sophia (Lester) Erickson, Milwaukee, Bernice Plesser, Clintonville, and Florence (Harry) Zoromski, Wittenberg; two grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; two stepgreat-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Holy Family-St. William Catholic Church, Wittenberg. Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Milwaukee. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at Schmidt-Schulta Funeral Home, Wittenberg, and again Tuesday at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of services. There will be a parish wake service at 7:30 p.m. today at the funeral home. Military rites will be conducted at the church by the Bloecher-Johnson American Legion Post No. 502, Wittenberg.
