MRS. LOUISE FOWLER, SR.
Mrs. Louise (Sanford) Fowler, Sr., 68, Neopit, died Sunday, April 11 at Shawano. She was born April 9, 1908, to the late Mr. and Mrs. Jerome Pecore in South Branch. She married Sanford Fowler Jan. 19, 1931 at Shawano, and was employed for several years by School District No. 8 as a bus driver. She was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church, Neopit, and was a member and past president of the Christian Mothers Society.
Survivors include her husband, Sanford, Neopit; five daughters, Marlene Dickenson, Milwaukee; Joan Fish, Neopit; Clara Dressendorfer, Neopit; Shirley Daly, Neopit, and Sister Verna Fowler, Kewaunee; five sons, Eugene, Milwaukee; Sanford, Jr., Neopit; Bernard, Neopit; Leon, Keshena, and Albert, Keshena; 34 grandchildren, six great-grandchidlren and one sister, Mrs. Matt (Genevieve) Otradovec.
She was preceded in death by one son, five brothers, and two sisters.
Funeral services are tentatively set for Wed., April 14 at 2 p.m. at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, Neopit, with Rev. Ed Witczak officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Friends may call at the Sanford Fowler residence, Neopit, after 6 p.m. Monday, until the time of services on Wednesday. A Parish Wake Service will be held Tuesday at 8 p.m. at the Fowler home. The Born Funeral Home, Shawano, is in charge of arrangements.
