Nesper
Mrs. Anna Nesper, 81, of Whitelaw. died Sunday
morning at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, where she had been a patient five weeks.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Saur
Funeral, Kellnersville, and at 10:30 a.m. at St.
Augustine Catholic Church, Rief Mills. The Rev. John Haen will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Nesper, the former Anna Oswald, was born Aug. 28, 1884, in the town of Franklin, daughter of the late Frank
and Rose Hruska Oswald. She was married to Frank Nesper Feb.
19, 1906, at Reif Mills and the couple farmed in the Town of
Franklin.
He died Oct. 4, 1957. Mrs. Nesper was a member of the
Altar Society of St. Augustine Catholic Church.
Surviving are a son, Raymond of Manitowoc; five
daughters, Mrs. Anton (Gertrude)Nemetz, of Rt. 4, Manitowoc, Mrs. Fred (Christine) Karl, of Rt. 1, Mishicot, Mrs. Othmar (Laura) Pritzl, of Rt. 1, Cato, Mrs. Frank (Marion) Braun, of Whitelaw and Mrs.Lawrence (Lillian) Wallender, of Rt. 1, Cato: two brothers,
Frank Oswald, of Kellnersville, and Anton Oswald, of Rt. 2
Cato; two sisters, Mrs. Emma Schultz, of Rt. 2. Cato, and
Mrs. Julia Yohanek, of Kellnersville: 15 grandchildren and
six great grandchildren. A sister and brother preceded her in death.
Friends may call at the funeral home where the Rosary
will be recited at 8 o'clock this Monday evening by members of the Alter Society.
