Robert MacKay Sr. lived and died Quaker. Two of his sons: James & Zachariah McKay left the society most likely at the time of their marriages.
His eldest & youngest sons: Robert & Moses McKay held Quaker meetings at their homes. It is thought/believed that Robert Jr. might be buried at then Crooked Run Meeting House--Quaker, now Pres. Church.
With the Quakers outlawing slavery among their members, my Quaker ancestors became Baptist.
It might be nothing of importance to you, but I did note that a number of Lloyd members of Quaker meeting in Belmont, OH buired in their cemetery. My Jacob McKay Sr. removed to that location late in life.
Good luck with your research.
