Trying to get the lineage and contact descendants of JOHN C. BILBERRY married V. E. Wilson (1864), Elizabeth Jane Walker (1870) and probably Susan, first wife . Elizabeth Jane Walker-Wilson married John C. Bilberry in Cooke County, Texas. They moved to Stonewall County (where they are buried) They had two children , Leondas and Martelia...married Ables and Henderson.
Elizabeth Jane Walker married John Roden Wilson and had Susan and Margaret Roden Wilson...Susan married John Henderson...had a daughter, Nettie married Earl Anderson. Margaret married John Bill Peacock (he and brothers founded town of Peacock, Texas.) Their daughter, Ella (twin to Della) was my grandmother. They were there at the time of the Cyclone in 1914.
Bill Peacock's father, John E. Peacock, had a son named Lafayette "Fate" Monroe Peacock married Josephine Victoria Bilberry, daughter of Esaw...
John C. Bilberry's father was Esaw.
Any help on this line would be greatly appreciated. Family records say that Lee and Myers Bilberry were brothers in law to John Erwin Peacock, and that this family was related to the "widow James" her husband killed by the mob in San Saba county (I think) The Peacocks, Bilberrys and others came to the Sonewall county area together from Mason, San Saba, Cherokee county areas, the Bilberry's from Overton Co, Tn. as I understand it.
Thank you!!!!!
