Don't know if this is still a current e-mail/thread. Name: Rae Ann Bannister Roeder I am in Laban/Laborn Banister line. How would he be related to Burrel or Balaam? I do not believe Laborn is a son of Burrel as the page from the family Bible clearly lists Catherine's birthday and Luke's birthday without a space for Laban/Laborn and there is not enough time for Laban/Laborn to be born. Also, whoever wrote in the Bible seemed pretty sure of the births. I do think that Laborn and Burrel are perhaps uncle/nephew. They are listed living next to each other on the 1830 Jennings Co. IN census. Just wondering what the consensus is on Laban/Laborn father. Thanks for any help. Coincidence - I have lived in Texas for over 50 years but all of my immediate relatives are in Indiana.
