Excellent! I'm revisiting the 1910 Census myself, 1910 Liberty-Precinct 3-District 83-Image 28

In looking at the details of the E. E. Cross household, I'm seeing the enumerators rounds on April 30 took him from a few farm homes to the T. A. McDonald household. McDonald was a salesman at a general store. Then on to the Cross household and others. Then a boarding house with 20 plus boarders all working for the railroad in various capacities. Cross, 24, is listed as a Tie Maker also working for the railroad. Other RR employees also live in the vicinity.

On the previous day, the enumerator last visited the John I. Tarkington household.

It is hard to pinpoint an exact location from rural Census records, but this sounds a lot like the Tarkington Prairie community to me. Does a railroad camp there with a rather large boarding house or hotel sound familiar to anyone?

For the purposes of my narrative about Private Paul Young, I'd like to place him in a community and perhaps find more personal information on him. In 1910, he would have been 17 (listed in Census as 16), but not shown as in school during the 1909-1910 term.

Pictures would of course also be great to find.
