Peter Walter's Will
A memoran of the last Will and request of Peter Walter now deceased who was surprised by a very Sudden death, desired his property to be disposed in the following manner (to wit) that his beloved wife Clary Walter shall keep and dispose of all the real and personal property for the use of herself and maintainance of her children during her natural liife or as long as she bares his name and then to be equally divided among his lawful children and his two boys have it in their power to divide the land into settlements by paying the rest of the legatees an equal share of the same it being committed to writing this nineteenth day August A. D. 1809, one day after his decease.
