Here's some info for you...she was my GGG Grandmother on my mother's side of the family.
Sarah “Sallie” Goodman, Born 1822, Died 16 Jan 1900, She had 13 children.
Daughter of Jurdan (Born 1776) and Susie Goodman, 1840 Census has them living in Newman’s Ridge, Tennessee, also known as Prospect Point.
Grandaughter of Joseph Goodman (Born 1750 in Hanover County, VA, Died 1791, Same location), Married to Caroline Elizabeth Terrell (Cherokee Indian)
Great Grandaughter of Samual Goodman (Born 1701 in St. Peter's Parish, New Kent Co., VA. d: Between 1767 - 1784 in Hanover, Virginia)

In the name of God Amen. I Benjamin Goodman of St. Paul's Parish in Hanover, being in good health of body and of sound and perfect mind and memory: praise be therefore given to Almighty God do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say) First and principally I commend my soul into the hands of almighty God hoping through this merits death and passion of my Savior Jesus Christ to have full and free pardon of all my sins and to inherit everlasting life and my body I commit to the earth to be decently buried at the descretion of my executors hereafter named: and as touching the disposition of all such corporal estate as it hath pleased almighty God to bestow upon me, I give and dispose thereof as followth; First I Will that all my debts and funeral charges be paid and discharged. Secondly I give and bequeath to my son Samuel Goodman the plantation whereon he now dwelth and one hundred acres of land thereunto adjoyning being part of the divident whereon I now live joyning on the main road to him his heirs and assigns forever. Thirdly I give and bequeath to my son Robert Goodman his old plantation and one hundred acres of land thereunto adjoyning to him his heirs and assigns for ever. Fourthly my will is that my lovely wife Lucie Goodman shall have and enjoy my plantation whereon I now dwell with all with all houses and orchards thereupon during her natural life and after her decease to be to the only proper use of my son Benjamin Goodman his heirs and assigns for ever. Fifthly I will and desire that my negros and all my personnel estate goods and chattles of what kind, nature or equality, so ever the same be after all debts and charges be paid be equally divided among all my children to the only proper use of them and their heirs solely. I do hereby nominate, ordain and appoint my loving wife Lucie Goodman and my son in law John Turner full and sole executors of this my last will and testament and I hereby revoke, dismissed and make void all forever wills and testaments by me heretofore made in witness whereof I said Benjamin Goodman to this my last will and testament have set my hand and seal this day 29th day of March in the year 1729.

At court held for Hanover County this first day of May MDCC_ _ _ (1735) This will of Benjamin Goodman died was presented in court by the executors herein named and being proved by the oaths of two of his witnesses hereto it was admitted to record.

We Lucy Goodman, John Holden and John Turner and George Jones are firmly bound to Nicholas Meriwether in the sum of £300 sterling,1 May 1735. Condition: if the above bound John and Lucy Goodman Exors of the last will and Testament of Benjamin Goodman dec'd, do make or cause to be made a true and perfect Inventory of the Goods, Chattels and Credits of the said dec'd and pay all Legacies contained in said Testament, then this obligation to be void.
