Edward Reynolds to Elizabeth C Wilson deed for land

Know all men by these presents that I Edward Reynolds of the state and district aforesaid (_________) that for and in consideration of the natural love and affection I have and do bear unto my daughter Elizabeth C. Wilson have given granted confirmed and released and by these presents do give grant confirm and release unto the said Elizabeth C. Wilson and the lawful issue of her body a certain tract or parcel of land containing one hundred and forty two acres situated in the said district on Bay Branch and hath such shapes marks buttings and boundings as the above plat represents. To have and to hold all and singular the rights members hereditaments and appurtenances to the said premises belonging or in anywise incident thereto unto the said Elizabeth C. Wilson and the heirs of her body forever against myself my heirs executors and administrators and assigns forever from lawfully claiming the same or any part thereof given under my hand and seal this the 25th of August 1849/
