I searched the 1880 census for a Mary Malone (also nicknames Molly, Polly, Mamie) who was born in Tennessee and lived in PA. The only person I found was a Mary Maloy who lived in Uniontown, Fayette County, Pa. She died unmarried on 12.02.1916 and was buried 12.05.1916. Her DC states she was born 12.26.1861 in Chattanooga, TN. I tracked this family in the census in Uniontown. There was no child named Roberts in the 1900 and 1910 census.
There is a Franklin Township that borders Uniontown.
If you wish to pursue this as a possibility, her obituary may be available from the Uniontown public library. It indicates it has a card file of obits dating from the late 1800s.http://uniontownlib.org/paroom/collection.html
I do find the given names Lee Henry to be unusual for Irish Roman Catholics in the 1800s.
