He was usually accompanied by his canine companion, Ladybug who passed away in 2018. Tom is survived by his wife of 47 years, Marilyn Snyder Bryan at home and by his son Peter Bryan and his dear friend Danny Hollingshead of New Albany. Also surviving are his sisters, Catherine Hoagland of Towanda, and Mary “Mamie” Leonard and her husband John of Dushore; sisters-in-law, Gloria Ann Bryan of Towanda, and Agnes “Becky” Bryan of Columbia Cross Roads; a sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Marge and Jesse Kisner of Sugar Run; sister-in-law, Audrey Snyder of Sugar Run; and a brother-in-law, Harold Snyder of Wyalusing. Tom is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by four brothers, John Bryan Jr. of Dushore, Joe Bryan of Dushore, William Bryan of East Smithfield, and Peter Bryan of Dushore; a sister and her husband, Theresa and Theodore Toth, of Candor, New York; brothers-in-law; Larry Snyder of Sugar Run, and Eugene Hoagland of Towanda; and a sister-in-law, Terry Snyder of Wyalusing. He was also predeceased by nieces, Rose Ann Bryan of East Smithfield, Marie Bryan VanDeMark of Rome, and Patricia Ann “Patty” Hoagland of Towanda; and a nephew, Paul Joseph Pastusic of Mildred. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, May 10, 2019, in St. Basil’s Church, Dushore, with the Rev. Thomas J. Major, presiding.
