following the roots of a family branch of mine from Poland, i am searching for details on Ida Zygward who was married to Leopold Schmidt from Lodz / Poland.
the couple had a baby named Elsie, born 1909 in Lodz / Poland.
by chancefind, i found the obit of Elsie Schmidt - married to her husband Snyder from 1996.
i would be more then happy if someone knows more about Elsie, i am searchin for the death information (date and place) of her mother IDA, but the way trough Elsie might be helpful.

ELSIE SNYDER, 87, of Stone Harbor, died Tuesday at home.
Mrs. Snyder was a licensed practical nurse.
She was a member of Our Saviour Lutheran Church, Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital Auxiliary, Wetlands Institute, Wetlands Quilter, Jersey Cape Shell Club and the Garden Club.
Born in Lodz, Poland, Mrs. Snyder lived in Broomall, Pa., before moving to the area 18 years ago.
She is survived by a son, John of Clark, Colo.; two daughters, Janet Kazio of Media, Pa., and Joan Wallace of Broomall; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
A service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday at the Wetlands Institute, Stone Harbor.
Burial will be in Arlington Cemetery, Drexel Hill, Pa.
Arrangements are by the Radzieta Funeral Home, Cape May Court House.
Donations may be made to the Wetlands Institute or Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital Auxiliary.
