Obit Oil City Derrick January 15, 1968: Mrs. Mildred Siverling, 69, of Knox died in her home at 7 a.m. Saturday. She had been in ill health for the past year. Born May 27, 1898 in St. Charles Pa., she was the daughter of Irvin and Harriet Sheridan Pence. She was married in 1916 to Arthur Siverling who died in 1957. She had lived in Knox for the past 44 years. Mrs. Siverling was a member of the Edenburg Presbyterian Church in Knox and the Presbyterian Women's Association. She was an active civic worker during her lifetime. Surviving are one son, Ralph of Hershey and two grandchildren, Bill and Suzanne of Hershey. Two sisters and one brother preceded her in death. Removal was made to the Roy P. Stuart Funeral Home in Knox where friends will be received after 7 p.m. today. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home with Rev. Robert Cecil Taylor, pastor of the Edenburg Presbyterian Church officiating. Interment will be in the Knox Union Cemetery.
Obit Oil City Derrick January 18, 1968: Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Roy P. Stuart Funeral Home in Knox for Mrs. Mildred M. Siverling, 69, of Knox, widow of Arthur Siverling. She died Saturday morning in her home. Rev. Cecil Taylor, pastor of the Edenburg Presbyterian Church in Knox, officiated. Interment was in the Knox Union Cemetery. Pallbearers were Raymond, Karl and William Siverline, Clair, Clarence and Frank Fagley.
