My gr-grandmother Emeline Mercer-Welton was born & raised in the Portage/Mermil area, she died 1923 in Toledo,Lucas,OH is supposed to be buried in Bethel Cemetery, Rudolph ..

according to her obit & death record she was buried 6 Mar 1923 in Rudolph, OH.the only Cemetery in Rudolph is Bethel,her Funeral service was held in the Christian Church in Rudolph...

BUT, volunteers for Find-A-Grave can not find her marker in that Cemetery, its not logical, knowing this family,that she would not have had one,unless it was stolen yrs ago ?

I have called the Church to see if they have any records of Funerals that far back, got a message machine, and they have not called back as yet.

Does anyone know how I can find burial records for that Cem.? she is not listed with her husband and little daughter in the 1990 Liberty Twp burial book from WCGS I have...

The funeral home in Toledo no longer exists either,
