Glenn Edwin “Co-Jack” Hatfield, 76, of Madison, Indiana died Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2019, at his home near Canaan.

He was born April 17, 1942, in Chillicothe, Ohio, to Coleman and Verine Valetta Locklear Hatfield.
He was raised in Chillicothe, Ohio and attended school there. He was first married to Donna and they had six children. He worked as a roofer for several years with Zero Company in Cincinnati until he was injured in 1985.
On April 14, 1995, he married Angela Carmen McElfresh and they had one daughter, Marissa. They lived in Dillsboro,Indiana for several years and the past 22 years near Canaan on Bacon Ridge. He was ordained a minister in 2012 by his father-in-law at Triple Cord Ministries. He was a member of Cedars of Lebanon Church in Dillsboro. He enjoyed watching all sports, shooting pool early in life

He is survived by his wife, Angela Carmen McElfresh Hatfield of Madison; his children, Marissa Hatfield and Cassidy Johnson, both of Madison, Deanna Grier, Coleman Hatfield and Duane Hatfield, all of Cincinnati, Christina Simon of Ohio, Barbara Netter and Vincent Keels, both of Chillicothe, OH; two sisters, Betty Jean Cousins and Rosemary Wimble, both of Chillicothe; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.

He was preceded in death by one daughter, Mary Rose Hatfield; one son, Glenn Hatfield Jr.; his parents; four brothers, Butch, Joe, Frederick and Coleman Hatfield Jr; and three sisters, Annie Powell, Opal Austin and Marilyn Netter.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre.

Visitation will be at the funeral home Thursday from 11 a.m. until the service.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Cedars of Lebanon. Cards are available at the funeral homes.
