Funeral Sunday for Mrs. Sarah Ribble
Funeral services for Mrs. Sarah Fouts Ribble. 90, mother of Charles F. Ribble, former common pleas judge, who died Thursday night at her home in Union Hill, Harrison township, will be held at 1:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon at Dutch Hill church in Morgan county.
Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Ribble had been ill for a month and for the past week her condition had been serious.
She was the widow of Phillip Ribble, who died Sept. 8, 1932.
She was born in Deerfield township, Morgan county, and had resided in Harrison township (Muskingum County, Ohio) since 1892.
Mrs. Ribble was a member of Solomon Lutheran church, Morgan county.
Surviving are four sons, Charles F. Ribble, of this city; Edward and Clarence Ribble, Harrison township, and Franklin Ribble, Morgan county; one daughter. Mrs. Christina Appleman, Morgan county; 16 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren,
and a number of nieces and nephews. One son, John Ribble, died in 1917.
The body was removed to the residence Friday afternoon from Henderson funeral home, Duncan Falls, Ohio.
