Israel and Tobias Long

I have an ancestor, Israel Long, who, our family records indicate, married Rachael Jackson in 1740.. He is listed in the 1800 census in Stokes County ('written 566, page 474'). One of his sons, Tobias b.1781, is my ancestor. Our records say that Tobias was born in Surry County on what was known as Frank's Creek. It further says that the land was given to his father, who would be Israel, for service in the Revolutionary War. Tobias and his wife, Fanny Frick,
m. around 1808, lived there until 1830, when she died and he
moved to Indiana. They had 13 children.

I found that Stokes County was part of Surry County until 1789. Our family records list Tobias as living in Surry county ('Surrey" sic). Because the census record lists Stokes County, I am presuming that the farm must have been in what
became Stokes at the time he was living there.

Among my questions:

Are the 1800 census records really as of 1790? (I didn't find Israel in the 1790 census list I found on the internet but he was on the 1800 list. One published reference I have lists him in the 1790 census, but reads like what I found in the 1800 census.)

Any record of "Frank's Creek"?

Any records of either Rachael Jackson or Fanny Frick?

Any marriage records of Tobias or Israel?

Any records of the transfer of property from Israel to Tobias or of a Bounty Land Grant to Israel Long?

Any military service record of Israel Long?

I have pretty well exhausted my internet surfing capabilities. Any help or suggestions you can give will be very much appreciated.

Thank you,
Harold Long
