Walter this is what I've found on the Brindletownship Burke Co. N.C. U.S. Fed Census 1880. Dean Johnson 27 as being Head of household, Ada T. 25 wife, Lousian A. 7 daughter, Fora E. 6 daughter, Hister A. 4 daughter, Elisa 2 daughter, Joseph 1/12 in May- son I guess but it doesn't tell, Evoline Johnson 24 sister, Alpha O. 5 daughter. I can't understand these census that good. Does this mean that Alpha was Deans daughter or Evoline Johnson's daughter. How much more do you know about this family? Are you kin to them?
Please email me and let me know. I would like to know more. I've searching for them since Alpha is my great grandmother. I know nothing about her side of the family.
