Can anyone tell me if Blackwell Funeral Home in Burlington was in existence in abt. 1952?
Have an obit for Charlie N. Melton died in Una, Spartanburg Co., SC, but his obit says Blackwell Funeral Home was in charge. I cannot locate a Blackwell Funeral Home in his area.
Could it be possible for him to be transported from Spartanburg Co, SC to Alamance Co. , NC for his funeral???
ANy information would be appreciated.
