Hi. 1930c has him married, a boarder in Rochester, Monroe Co., NY, working as a coach builder in a car shop. (I am assuming this is an auto factory and not a train factory).

Appears to have been b. 1874 in Perry, NY, d. 1933.
He married on 17 May 1909, his first, a Madelyn Burrows, 19, her first, b. 1890 in Belfast, MI.

His father was John Walls, mother Mary Barnett, both b. England. Nothing on Philip yet.
