It has been suggested that I contact the Howard Co., MO Historical Society for help. My wife and I are from Texas. About ten years ago we tried to go to the Bradley Cemetery located there. It had been raining and the land owner, on who's property the cemetery was on, suggested we not try to go down the dirt road to the cemetery. So we left Mo without ever making it. My wife has both Willis's and Smith's buried there.
This past week, two members from "Find A Grave" went to the cemetery to inventory it. They said the cemetery was covered in brambles and the ground was frozen. They took pictures of five or ten headstones. They felt like there were others that were down on the ground, covered by these brambles that they could not find.
I am asking for help to see if anyone from the society would be interested in this project, on clearing out the brambles from this cemetery, finding the headstones, and taking pictures of them.
Thanks in advance for your concideration.
