Ronald J. Duvall, 63, St. Charles, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2013, at his residence.
Ronald, son of Donald Paul Duvall and wife Dorothy Marie, nee Miller, was born June 10, 1950, in St. Louis. Ronald retired from the Chrysler van plant, Fenton, after 33 years. He was a member of UAW Local 110. In his retirement years, he engaged in carpentry and handyman trades. Ronald also enjoyed watching sports and cooking.
Ronald was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Marie Duvall; and one brother, James Duvall.
He is survived by his father, Donald Paul Duvall, Perryville; two daughters, Whitney Duvall, Pacific, and Kate Duvall, Villa Ridge; two sons, Kyle Duvall and Patrick Duvall, both of Villa Ridge; former wife, Judith Hager Duvall, Villa Ridge; one grandson, Tucker Wilson Blake, Pacific; five brothers, Richard D. Duvall, Gerry (Sheila) Duvall, Larry (Gail) Duvall, Terry (Lori) Duvall, all of Perryville, and David (Carol) Duvall, Barnhart.
Visitation was to be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 13, at Young & Sons Funeral Home, Perryville. Visitation will continue Saturday, Sept. 14, from 6:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the funeral home.
A funeral Mass will be held at noon Saturday, Sept. 14, at Christ the Savior Catholic Church, Brewer, with the Rev. Steve Gallegos officiating.
Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Memorials are preferred for family use.
