Craig L. Larson, 56, Cloquet, died unexpectedly from injuries sustained in an automobile accident on Saturday, October 28, 2017. He was born on April 6, 1961 in Cloquet to Laverne and Karen Larson. Craig graduated from Cloquet High School in 1979. He worked for USG in Cloquet for over 21 years and later worked for Agropur in St. Paul. Craig was currently employed at Aardvark Septic in Cloquet. Craig loved people and was a social butterfly that knew everyone. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, golfing, hanging out on the shores of Big Lake, and especially going to the family farm in Denham. He liked to watch sports and cheer on the Vikings, Wild, and the Twins. Craig enjoyed being around his family and was exceptionally proud of being a Grandpa!
Craig will be lovingly remembered by his children: Cody Larson and Kara Larson both of Cloquet and their mother: Dana Dandrea; his granddaughter: Aria; special friend: LeAnne Bakri of Cloquet; parents: Laverne and Karen Larson of Cloquet; his brothers: Tim (Kari) Larson of Cloquet; Mark (Nikki) Larson of Cloquet; and Joel (Kim) Larson of Elk River; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many other people whom truly loved him.
A Memorial Visitation will be from 5-7 PM Thursday, November 2, 2017 in Nelson Funeral Care, Cloquet and continue from Noon until the 1 PM Celebration of Life on Friday, November 3, 2017 in Nelson Funeral Care, Cloquet.
