Hank Leikam, 61, of Willow River, passed away March 28, 2017 at home surrounded by family. He was born March 23, 1956 in Redwood City to Richard Dean and Nancy Ann (Barnett) Leikam. Hank is a Veteran of The United States Army who served during Vietnam. He worked at Coldwell Banker Burnet for a number of years. Hank was united in marriage to Paula Pasch on February 10, 1990 in St. Paul. Hank was a member of American Legion Post 1776 of Apple Valley. He enjoyed fishing, politics, hunting, camping and especially spending time with his family.
Hank is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Brenda Leikam.
Hank is survived by his loving wife, Paula Leikam of Willow River; children, David Leikam of Willow River, Isaiah Leikam of Willow River, Levi Leikam of Willow River, Alex Mattheis of Brooklyn Park and Abigail Leikam of Willow River; brothers, David Leikam of Lake Elmo, Daniel Leikam of St. Paul and Randy Leikam of St. Paul; sisters, Lydia Buchwald and Deanna Leikam; many nieces and nephews.
A gathering of family and friends will be Monday, April 3, from 10 AM until the 11 AM Memorial Service in Family Worship Church of the Assemblies of God, Moose Lake. A gathering of family and friends will also be held Sunday, April 9, from 1-4 PM in Arthur O. Haukland V.F.W. Post # 1350, 2483 East 7th Ave, North St. Paul, MN 55109.
Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers
