You are very welcome, John. What a coincidence that you will be in the area. From their latest newsletter: Museum & Library Open Year Round, Hours Wednesday thru Saturday 10 am - 4 pm (Library is closed each day from 1:00 - 1:30 pm) Village is open May through September (although I believe it is open at other times for special events). Village hours 10 am - 4 pm. The Museum Director's name is Kim Nelson. The staff is very accommodating and the librarian is a wealth of knowledge. There is also a good genealogy society. They may be able to line up tour guides for your group as there is enough lead time to make those arrangements. Address is 1031 Bridge Avenue, Albert Lea. One thing you may want to check on is the date of the Freeborn County Fair next year. It gets quite hectic around the museum when the fair is on.

Best regards,
Rita
