Cedar Township Man Passes Away Friday
Charles J. Reed, 82, succumbs survived by widow, four sons and two brothers.
Charles J Reed was born on February 13, 1850, in Crawford County, PA, to Ephraim C Reed and Anna Randolph Reed and passed away at his home in Cedar township on April 15, 1932, aged 82 years and two months. He was united in marriage to Miss Elizabeth Mund on April 3, 1886. He leaves to mourn their loss the widow and four sons, William, Charles, and Millard of Osceola County and Henry of Clear Lake, Wash, two brothers, William of Olympia, Wash, and George of Reed City, and two grandchildren. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at the Bethel Methodist Church in Cedar Township, of which he was a member. Rev. Scott Bartholomew of Ashton officiated. Interment took place in Ashton cemetery. Funeral arrangements were conducted by John E. Ryan.
