I published a book a few years ago on the Confederate soldiers buried in City Cemetery, Winchester, TN. The following obituary is in my book:

Joseph L. Baugh's son's obituary in Thursday, November 7, 1940, The Truth and Herald, Winchester, Tennessee:
News has been received here of the death in Dora, Ala., on October 14, of Ashton T. Baugh, a former resident of Winchester.
Mr. Baugh was born near Winchester, August 25, 1857, the son of the late J.L. and Mrs. Emma [sic] Baugh, who were also residents of this county.
A.T. Baugh moved to Dora, Ala., in 1907, where he was engaged in mercantile business until about five years ago.
Through the years after Mr. Baugh moved to Alabama and until he suffered declining health he made periodical visits back to his native county, where many friends of him and his family will regret to learn of his death.
Mr. Baugh was a devoted member of the Baptist Church throuout [sic] his life and at the time of his death was chairman of the Deacon board of the Dora Baptist Church.
The Truth and Herald joins with other friends here in extending sympathy to the survivors of Mr. Baugh's splendid family who are his widow, Mrs. Alice Walmsley Baugh; two daughters, Misses Clara and Anna Baugh; two sons, H.B. Baugh, of Jasper, Ala., and A.T. Baugh, Jr., Birmingham, Ala., and one sister, Mrs. John G. Hannah, Muskogee, Oklahoma.
