No I didn't miss your point.
But I think you will only find creole or any other race
indicated in church records only.
New Orleans, Baton Rouge diocese records, possible Hebert's records.
You still don't say who your searching for, most people in the
Louisiana area family researchers can tell you if a person is known
as white, creole, mulatto, indian or black. And no creole is not shown on census records but we know within our families if we are creole, mulatto or just passing for white. (quadroon/octoroon)
